Return and Refund Policy
TIME AND PRODUCT CONDITION
We accept returns of most items sent back to us, unused and in their original condition and packaging, within 7 days after you receive them. Please notify us in advance through our Contact Us form in the footer of our website that you will be returning your purchase, giving complete details.

Upon receiving your returned item as stated above, we will issue a refund within 3 business days using the same form of payment used, i.e., PayPal, credit card, Google Shopping, etc.
- Please Note: Items returned without prior notification or later than 7 days after you receive them will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%, determined on a case by case basis.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees, using the same payment method as your purchase.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, send us photographs of both the item and our packaging materials as received. We will then let you know how best to proceed. Please do not return the damaged item until you have heard from us. To qualify for a refund, you will be required to confirm with our insurer that the item was damaged in the mail.
Please Note: We do not currently ship to destinations outside the U.S.A.
